After a successful puppet book report on Henry and Mudge, we are officially done for the year! 

Grandma was his lucky guest to attend his "Portfolio Party"

He showed her all the work he has been doing this year, sang a few songs, and then ate refreshments.  

I  was allowed only because I signed up to serve refreshments. ;)

Another fun day at the school's annual Jogapalooza!

And when I say rocked, I mean he answered one of the thirty questions!

I'm a proud mom and wow these kids are fast!

 We also attended the Lacrosse Banquet tonight and this guy won…

Freshman Player of the Year!

And his older brother was awarded a trophy for making the All-Conference and All-State teams.

Sunday mornings seem to be snuggle mornings.

We love it!

Today we cleaned out our garden and bought some seeds and plants (we will plant them on Monday).

After we cleared the weeds, it was a fun surprise to see we had some volunteers - chives, lettuce, potatoes & broccoli!  I am so excited to finally have a garden.

 B Girl also spent over an hour deep cleaning the tramp.  So cute.

It was a beautiful day and the kids finally planted the flowers they gave me for Mother's Day.

Each fifth grader received a job and earned a paycheck and went shopping.

These two are the Recycling Specialists.  It was a super fun day and program.

Sunday we visited the Oakland temple and the Visitor center before we headed home.

 The views of the city were amazing from the Temple grounds.

It was the best day Saturday!  We walked all around San Francisco.  It was windy and chilly but so fun and beautiful!  We started from our hotel in Union Square and headed to the Ferry Building which hosted the local farmers market, then we worked our way down to Ghirardelli Square eating all the local favorites on the way (fresh fruit, ice cream, nachos, sourdough bread and Ghirardelli Hot Chocolate to name a few).  We decided to drive to the Golden Gate bridge instead of walk or ride it because it was a lot further than we thought.

It was time for our annual BYU roommate trip.

This year we met in San Francisco which is close to Emily and Sara's homes.

After a yummy brunch and checking into our hotel we walked to Chinatown and enjoyed a 60 minute chair massage.  Worth the $39

One of the chinese workers asked if we were all sisters because we all had the same face.  That earned hours of laughing entertainment the entire weekend.  

After our massages, I ran back to the hotel and watched the boys championship game.

It was a very stressful game and unfortunately we lost 12-10.
