Today we traveled to Las Vegas for the Best of the West Tournament!
It rained the entire drive down and M had his first game at 9:00 p.m. (10:00 our time)

He was feeling the love today at school when he was showered with birthday cards from his entire class! Love it. (He hasn't parted from his basketball since his party on Saturday).
Then it was back to the grind. End of the month book report again…they come so fast!

A beautiful hike in the Red Rock Canyon and Serendipity Frrrrozen Hot Chocotate…of course!!
Super fun and super tiring day!
This mother our ours was a determined trooper! She made it up the 1.25 mile rock climbing hike (and back down again… total of 2 1/2 miles). Her theme was "THE HIKE WAS GREAT AT 78!)

Today we did a little President's Day shopping and came home with her 1st pair of heels!
This is one excited girl!
Also purchased the yellow scarf and some items for our girl's trip this weekend!

Today the boys spent a few minutes teaching this girl the basics of lacrosse.
This is her waiting for them to go out and play with her again, which they did for another 30 minutes. Who knows, maybe we have another future lacrosse player in the family.

Last indoor Lacrosse games today!
Both boys crushed in the semi-final game but were crushed in the championship game!
They both played great though!
Had to document the new high score!

In Lacrosse the older boys are mentors to the younger boys!
M's mentor surprised him with this huge cookie valentine today.
He was so disciplined and waited until I took a picture before he dug in.
He knows me so well…Love it!
This was the only picture I took all day. We had a very low key valentines day! We ate Spaghetti Factory take-out with the family and then enjoyed a movie in bed!
